RICHARDSON, Texas -- Carrius Technologies, Inc., an innovator in VoIP Service Delivery Gateways (SDGs), announced today that TriAxis, a premier provider of voice, data, and cable television triple play services to master planned communities and condominiums, has selected the Compleat-200 Service Delivery Gateway as its services gateway of choice.

“Our Service Delivery Gateway is an ideal match for forward-looking service providers like TriAxis,” stated John McNamara, senior vice president of global sales for Carrius. “They represent a new breed of companies that is taking advantage of VoIP technology to deliver enhanced service bundles over fiber-based broadband networks.”

TriAxis’ first deployment of the Carrius SDG was last spring in the SunRiver St. George community in southern Utah. “We chose Carrius because of the stability of their product, their support, and their plans for continued development. They have been a terrific partner and are responsive to our plans and needs,” said Cal Edwards, chief technology officer at TriAxis. “The industry has evolved from manual, to electronic, to digital switching to the new technology of IP protocol switching. Carrius has taken it to the next step by integrating softswitch call control, signaling gateway, media gateway, and application control into their intelligent Service Delivery Gateway,” added Dwayne Nielson, chairman, president and CEO of TriAxis.
