NEW YORK -- Traxi Technologies LLC, a provider of IP communications products and services, today announced its latest customer offerings. The following is a list of the five new products and services: VoIP Integration An integrator of Voice Over IP (VoIP) solutions, Traxi Technologies’ expertise covers all aspects of VoIP , which range from industry leading equipment manufacturers (such as ShoreTel), voice and data circuit providers, local area networks, wide area networks and power requirements. With its IT know-how, the Company understands the intricacies of VoIP integration. Traxi Technologies’ unique approach to deploying VoIP, coupled with the firm’s Volcrum software product, allows companies to seamlessly integrate VoIP systems into enterprise applications, such as customer relationship management systems, call centers and other back office systems.

A Traxi Technologies flagship product, Volcrum is a middleware product that ties enterprise phone systems into enterprise applications, such as Customer Relationship Management tools, back office applications and custom/proprietary applications. The list of Volcrum software partners is rapidly growing and includes some of the most widely implemented manufacturers, including Microsoft, Best, Apple, SalesLogix, ACT!, Goldmine and FileMaker Pro. Volcrum ’s design allows it to integrate with almost any application; be it packaged software or internally developed.
