DUBLIN -- Monolith Software, the market's first and only unified IT infrastructure management software provider, today announced new enhancements to its flagship offering, Monolith, at TM Forum Management World 2011, Convention Centre Dublin. The new Version 3.6 further simplifies and unifies monitoring and management of services delivered on IT infrastructures by adding virtual (cloud) monitoring support, customizable topology dashboards via intuitive widgets, and a 300 percent performance increase' accelerating productivity with a consolidated, real-time view of all complex service offerings.

Jeff Parker, president of Monolith Software, explains the IT infrastructure management problems when using legacy tools, "In the past, the IT infrastructure was tasked with providing singular services such as voice only or data only. Managing the infrastructure could be accomplished using a mixture of legacy point solutions. However, times have changed, with the complexity of new service offerings that are rolling out. It is now functionally impossible to string together multiple siloed tools to effectively manage this dynamic new environment. A unified approach is needed to ensure the performance and availability of new services."
