Menachem Abraham Joins Onex Board

BEDFORD, Mass. -– OnexTM Communications, a Boston area company developing communications components based on breakthrough architecture for optical networks, today announced that industry veteran Menachem Abraham has joined its board of directors. Abraham is co-founder, President and CEO of optical networking startup Mintera Corporation. Previously he was President of Enterprise Internetworking Systems at Lucent Technologies after its acquisition of Prominet, a pioneer in Gigabit Ethernet Switch Routers, where he was co-founder President and CEO. Prior to Prominet, Abraham was on the founding team of Chipcom where he served for eleven years as Senior Vice President of Product Development.
