Infonet Extends IP VPN Deal

Infonet to provide Bobst Group with a customized MPLS-enabled IP VPN network, linking 22 sites, under a four-year contract extension

BERN, Switzerland and EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Infonet Services Corporation (NYSE:IN), a leading provider of global communications services for multinationals, today announces the successful extension of the global data communications network contract with Bobst Group SA, one of the world's leading manufacturers of equipment for the packaging and printing industries. Under the terms of the four-year agreement, Infonet will provide Bobst with a customised MPLS enabled IP VPN network, bringing together 22 sites in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

With more than thirty affiliated companies around the globe, Bobst Group serves the worldwide solid board, corrugated board and flexible packaging industries. As Bobst's international growth escalated the need for a more robust and comprehensive data communications network, the company chose to stay with Infonet due to its ability to provide competitive pricing without compromising quality.
