Fathom Solutions Integrates for Norlight

November 5, 2002, Chicago, IL, OSS strategy and integration consulting firm Fathom Solutions announced today that Wisconsin based Norlight Telecommunications has engaged Fathom to integrate MetaSolv with their existing operation support system (OSS) components. Fathom is integrating the MetaSolv Solution with Amdoc's ClarifyCRM and Norlight's custom billing application. This integration enables streamlined business operations through increased automation of the service delivery processes.
