DragonWave Unveils Wireless GigE

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- DragonWave Inc. a leading global supplier of next-generation wireless networks, announced the availability of the AirPair 200 wireless Ethernet platform. Further enhancing DragonWave’s rich IP-based product portfolio, AirPair 200 enables the highest licensed native Ethernet bandwidth solution on the market with 200 Mbps full duplex transport. AirPair 200 provides in-service Ethernet and TDM upgradeability from 10 Mbps to 200 Mbps committed full duplex data rates.

AirPair 200 has already been purchased for a number of customer networks, providing customers with connectivity to next generation Ethernet equipment through a native Gigabit Ethernet interface, and unmatched wireless bandwidths. Additionally, AirPair 200 will continue to support AirPair’s carrier-class feature set including native IP transport, ultra-low latency, and multiple protection options including, mesh restoration.
