Digital Lightwave in Euro Deal With CSL

CSL to sell and support the company's optical diagnostic and monitoring equipment in the U.K., Ireland, and Benelux

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Digital Lightwave Inc. (Nasdaq: DIGL), a leading provider of optical networking products and technology, today announced that it has established a distribution partnership with Conformance Standards Ltd. (CSL), to provide sales and customer support for the company's optical diagnostic and monitoring equipment in the U.K., Ireland, and Benelux. Under this agreement, CSL will distribute Digital Lightwave's international versions of its industry-leading Network Information Computers. The distribution agreement with CSL is the first step in Digital Lightwave's plans to penetrate and expand into the international market with its broadening product portfolio.
