Digital Agent Picks Kagoor Controller

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Kagoor Networks, a leading provider of session border control solutions, announced that Digital Agent, a voice and data CLEC and ISP, has chosen Kagoor's VoiceFlow remote Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal application. After extensive testing, Digital Agent deployed Kagoor's solution to accelerate VoIP services to small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia, many of which have data firewalls and NAT devices in place.

Kagoor's carrier grade network-hosted NAT traversal application allows VoIP endpoint traffic to traverse data NAT/firewalls with no configuration changes and no compromise to the security of the customer's network. With VoiceFlow NAT traversal, Digital Agent's remote users are being served without adding any additional networking equipment on the customer's premises. This provides substantial savings in capital equipment and subsequent operating expense.

Digital Agent's service "Blue, Where Voice And Data Converge", combines local dial tone, long distance and T-1 Internet services to deliver feature-rich, affordable, advanced communications as a fully managed service. Using Kagoor's VoiceFlow solution, Digital Agent's Blue services can be delivered with minimal configuration to the customer VoIP endpoints (e.g., analog phones with ATAs or IP phones) and no changes to existing data firewall/NAT equipment at the customer site.
