Cramer Names Global Services Head

Appoints former Oracle and PeopleSoft executive Dale Thomas to head up its worldwide professional services group

LONDON -- Telecom software firm Cramer today announced the appointment of a new head for its worldwide professional services group, former Oracle and PeopleSoft executive, Dale Thomas.

As Head of Cramer Global Services, Thomas will have overall responsibility for Cramer's Consultancy, Training and Cramer Care teams.

Thomas spent seven years with PeopleSoft, most recently as EMEA Group Vice President of Global Services, responsible for 700 consulting and education professionals.

Prior to that role, Thomas was Managing Director of PeopleSoft UK, the largest PeopleSoft operation outside the US. He was previously responsible for the International Customer Service Group covering EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.
