Leveraging the company's prior experience and numerous design wins with their OC-3c/OC-12, and OC-48c family of packet processing ASICs, this sixth member of Entridia's NetASIC family incorporates both OC-192c Packet-over-Sonet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet network interfaces for multi-protocol routers. Rhapsody guarantees sustained 10 Gbps wire-speed performance on a single, low-power device.
