Cyan Hires CFO

PETALUMA, Calif. -- Cyan today announced that it has expanded its executive team with the addition of industry veteran Mike Zellner as vice president and chief financial officer. Zellner will oversee all aspects of finance and administration, including information technology. Zellner joins Cyan from PMC-Sierra where, for the past six years, he served as chief financial officer. Cyan chairman and CEO Mark Floyd commented that, "Mike makes a terrific addition to an already strong team.
