CAIS Internet to Become Ardent

(Nasdaq: CAIS), a provider of broadband access and bundled data services to businesses and hotels nationwide, today announced that it will seek shareholder approval at its upcoming annual shareholders' meeting to change its corporate name to Ardent Communications, Inc. The Company has reserved a new Nasdaq stock symbol, (Nasdaq: ARDT), and will launch a new Web site, to be announced upon approval of its new name.
