Riverstone Chooses China Chief

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Metropolitan area networking pioneer Riverstone Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: RSTN) today announced that industry veteran Chong Xie has been named country manager for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Mr. Xie has over 15 years of sales and business development experience in the Asian market. Prior to joining Riverstone, Mr. Xie was the executive vice president of sales for Photonic Bridges. He has also held positions with Lucent and Alcatel, where he served as director of strategic business for Asia.
