WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- GTRAN Inc. and IQE, Plc. have entered into a partnership for the supply of InP HBT epitaxial wafers for use in GTRAN's next generation of fiber optic products. Through this partnership, IQE and GTRAN have worked closely to optimize and integrate the key epitaxial materials into a high volume wafer fabrication process.
