Air2Web Buys Consult Mobile

ATLANTA and LONDON -- Air2Web, the leading provider of wireless applications and content gateway services globally, announced the completion of its acquisition of Consult Mobile, a UK-based mobile solutions and infrastructure company.

Founded in Atlanta in 1999, Air2Web has since expanded its operations to Asia Pacific and most recently to Europe with its acquisition of France-based Wokup SA, a leading developer of mobile applications. Air2Web's European customers include Credit Lyonnais, Societe Generale, BRED, France Telecom, SFR, Etisalat, Cofinoga, Geopost, and NMPP.
