Agilent Intros L-Band DFB Laser

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced the completion of its distributed feedback (DFB) laser source family (81662A) with the addition of its L-band DFB laser.

The launch of the L-band DFB laser follows the successful introduction of the company's C-band DFB laser earlier this year. Agilent's portfolio of DFB modules now covers the entire ITU grid (100 GHz spacing) in the C- and L-bands.
