T-Com Adds to IPTV

ZAGREB, Croatia -- T-Com will automatically upgrade the basic package for all new and the existing users of MAX tv, free of charge, with as many as 10 new TV channels, which means that MAXtv viewers will have 69 channels in the basic package, including three exclusive Big Brother channels.

Beside the existing programs, MAXtv users will from now on have the opportunity to see popular world sports, documentary, film, entertainment and adult programs within the basic package. The attractive offer of MAXtv channel will be completed with Sport Club, a sports channel with football derby matches of German Bundesliga and French Le Championatta, as well as a number of other contents – ranging from ATP tennis tournaments, basketball Euroliga to athletic IAAF events and car racing competitions from Indy Car, DTM and Le Mans championships, the sports channel NASN, a program for fans of American professional and university sport, and Sailing Channel, specialized in navigation and nautical sports. Besides, the basic package will also include the popular family film program Hallmark with Croatian subtitles, the adult program Playboy TV, the documentary program DoQ, also with Croatian subtitles, the music program Mezzo, specialized in jazz and classical music, and three entertainment lifestyle programs: E! Entertainment, STYLE and WineTV intended in the first place for wine connoisseurs.

The new TV channels from the basic package will automatically be activated for the existing MAXtv users in the period from 1. October to 1. November and the price of monthly fee for MAXtv will remain unchanged.

Beside the basic package of programs, MAXtv users will from now on have at their disposal a new, extended package – Plus Paket (Package Plus). MAXtv Package Plus will include another nine channels – three sports, three music and three adult channels.The sports channels are specialized in football: the programs Manchester United and Chelsea are dedicated to news, coverage and stories related to major football clubs of English Premiership, while Sport Club + is specialized in football matches of major European leagues, (German Bundesliga and Cup, Dutch Championship and Cup, French League and Cup, Portuguese Premiere League, UEFA Cup, American MLS League, Argentinean Championship…). Sport Club + is a fully exclusive content of MAXtv and it will be translated into Croatian language.
