PASADENA, Calif. -- ClearMesh Networks, the developer of next-generation, wireless optical mesh networking equipment, today announced the addition of two new members to its sales force. Rogelio Douglas joins the ClearMesh executive team as the Vice President of Sales for Central and Latin America. John Jordan joins the team as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region. Together, Rogelio and John bring over 30 years of experience in telecommunications sales to wireless and wireline service providers.
Mr. Douglas brings to ClearMesh a breadth of experience in international sales and business development in telecommunications, internetworking and network security. Rogelio served as VP of the Latin America/Caribbean division of SonicWALL Corporation, where he expanded the channel network, increasing revenue growth by 50%, and doubling the number of ISP contracts in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Columbia and Mexico. Prior to SonicWALL, he served as VP/General Manager of Latin America for Alcatel Internetworking (formerly Xylan Corporation). Rogelio established Xylan Latin America, where he developed sales from zero to $32 million in five years, and recruited and staffed offices in Mexico, Bogotá, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires.
Mr. Jordan joins the ClearMesh team with over 15 years of experience in telecommunications equipment sales. Prior to joining ClearMesh, John was the Director of Sales at Sonus Networks, where he was responsible for all aspects of sales, including the development of customized interfaces and partnership solutions. John also worked for Winphoria Networks as Director of Sales – Eastern Region and Canada. He established a multimillion-dollar exclusive contract in Canada, and was responsible for key wireless accounts for the East Coast, South America, and Mexico. Prior to that, he worked at Accelerated Networks and Alcatel, where he established numerous customer relationships for rolling out large Broadband access networks.
