Nuonics Announces VOA

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Nuonics, Inc. (www.nuonics.com) announced today that it has introduced its NU-FAST line of super-fast VOAs based on acousto-optic technology that includes the HDR and E models. The NU-FAST Model HDR VOA provides an exceptionally high > 65 dB continuous dynamic attenuation range at a very fast < 3 microsecond attenuation setting speeds. The NU-FAST„§ Model E VOA provides a super-fast <1.5 microsecond setting speed with an efficient > 20 dB attenuation range and < 1.5 dB loss. These NU-FAST series VOAs feature both fiber coupled and freespace models, high Watt level optical power handling, low <0.03 dB polarization dependence loss, and broadband operations.
