ADC and Simpler Networks enter into services agreement to better address customer needs

MINNEAPOLIS -- ADC (NASDAQ:ADCT; www.adc.com), a world leader in providing global network infrastructure solutions and professional services, today announced that the company has signed a services agreement with Simpler Networks Inc., a technology leader driving the automation of copper distribution frames for local service providers.
As part of the services agreement, ADC and Simpler Networks will work together to pursue joint customer opportunities in the marketplace in order to better meet their shared customers' business needs. Specifically, Simpler Networks will provide its Automated Distribution Frame products and ADC will provide a broad range of professional services, including project management, engineering, installation, material services, network inventory audit, commissioning and integration, and preconfigured equipment solutions.
"We believe that this services agreement between ADC and Simpler Networks will offer our customers the best combination of products and services to achieve optimum performance, cost, and delivery in meeting their respective business needs," said Jo Anne Anderson, president of the Professional Services Business Unit for ADC.
