Lightscape Names CFO

PETAH TIKVA, Israel -- Lightscape Networks, an ECI Telecom Company, (ECI Telecom Ltd., NASDAQ/NM symbol: ECIL) announced today that it has appointed Joshua (Shuka) Di-Noor as vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Di-Noor joins Lightscape Networks from Pelephone Communications Ltd., a leading Israeli cellular operator, where he held the position of vice president and CFO during the past three years. Prior to his employment with Pelephone, Mr. Di-Noor held a variety of high-level finance positions including CFO for Shiloov Medical Technologies, CFO for the Degem Systems group of companies, CEO for subsidiary company Degem US and CFO of InterPharm Laboratories.
