At SCTE's Cable-Tec Expo, Juniper Networks will showcase its industry-leading secure and assured networking solutions for cable MSOs

DENVER -- At the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE)'s Cable-Tec Expo, Juniper Networks (NASDAQ: JNPR) will showcase its industry-leading secure and assured networking solutions for cable MSOs in booth number 1320. Juniper Networks will highlight a range of cable-specific networking solutions in its booth and will participate in the conference speaking program.

In its booth, Juniper will showcase its solution for video distribution across an IP/MPLS backbone network, demonstrating the efficiency of point-to-multipoint label switched paths (LSPs) for video distribution and the advantages of IP/MPLS for traffic engineering, quality of service, resource optimization and security. Juniper will also be featuring the SDX-300 Service Deployment System, a PacketCable(TM) Multimedia-compliant policy server and application manager, as well as a joint demonstration with SeaChange International, showcasing assured quality of experience for IPTV and IP video services.

On Thursday, June 22 (from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.) and Friday, June 23 (from 1:30 - 2:45 p.m.), Steve Brown, senior technical lead, cable network design for Juniper Networks will present his paper Broadcast TV Distribution Over Point-to-Multipoint as part of the MPLS and GMPLS for Converged Backbone Networks technical workshop. Brown's technical paper will also be available in Juniper Networks booth throughout the show.
