Celion Completes Exec Team

RICHARDSON, Texas –- Celion Networks, an optical networking company, today announces two new members to its executive team: Gary Seagraves as vice president of operations and Joann Johnson as vice president of finance.“We have rounded out our executive team with these additions and are now poised to deliver on our promise of redefining optical networking,” said CEO and Founder Pawan Jaggi. “I am excited to welcome Gary and Joann – two top performers – into our world class organization,” he added.As the vice president of operations, Gary Seagraves will be responsible for all phases of production, field operations and support. Seagraves joined Celion with more than 23 years of experience, most recently from Corvis as its senior director of manufacturing. Previous to that, he held various management positions at Alcatel during his 21-year tenure, most recently as the senior director of the Richardson, Texas, operation. Seagraves graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in finance and attended graduate school at the University of Texas at Dallas.Joann Johnson brings 16 years experience in accounting and finance to Celion as its vice president of finance. Previously, she was vice president and controller at IP Communications, and prior to that, controller for Communication Expo. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
