Aeneas contacted CopperCom on the evening of Sunday, May 4th. On May 5th, one of CopperCom's engineers was on site to assess the damage and to determine the best course of action. A new site was selected and installation began on May 6th. By Wednesday, May 7th, at 2:00am, CopperCom's CSX 2100 next-generation switch was operational.

"We were impressed with CopperCom's quick response and excellent customer service. CopperCom's commitment to its customers clearly illustrates their partnership approach. They had a person at our site by Monday morning who analyzed the situation and developed a plan of action. We have the tools and resources required to support our customers both remotely and on site," said Jim Edmunds, vice president of product development and customer support at CopperCom.
