Wayne Hickey is part of Ciena's Packet Portfolio team, and has worked for several hi-tech telecom companies including ECI Telecom, APCON, Overture and Cisco Systems, building and selling solutions to all market segments. Wayne has held senior-level positions in product management and marketing of software and hardware of Ethernet switches, Ethernet Access Devices, Metro, and Optical Ethernet equipment, has a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology and lived in the Dallas area for the past 16 years.
