BELLEVUE, Wash. -- AccessLine Communications, a leading provider of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, today announced that it has signed a multi-year relationship with Internap Network Services Corporation (AMEX:IIP) to deliver AccessLine's SmartVoice VoIP Service. AccessLine's SmartVoice Service, developed exclusively for the business marketplace, provides a bundled package of unlimited local and inter-office VPN calling, as well as long distance and toll free service. Internap, a market leader of intelligent route-control solutions on the Internet, is expected to significantly reduce calling costs and did not incur additional capital expenditures to deploy the service.

"Our goal was to manage costs to improve profitability," said Constantine Dantoulis, director of strategy, Internap. "Since SmartVoice is a hosted and managed service, we simply added it to our existing telecommunications infrastructure. We expect to save a considerable amount while gaining the benefits of VoIP."

"Internap is a known leader in emerging technologies that depend on the Internet," said Doug Johnson, president and CEO of AccessLine Communications. "Like Internap, we pride ourselves on delivering high-performance solutions that enable revenue-generating, business-critical, Web-based applications for our customers. AccessLine's complete VoIP solution requires minimum customer effort because we handle all installation, management, and support. This allows Internap to cut costs and focus on running its business rather than managing the complexities of its telecommunications support infrastructure."
