DENVER -- Ubee Interactive Corp. is pleased to announce the integration of our Fixed Line and Small Cell subsidiaries; Ubee Interactive and UbeeAirWalk.

As customer needs continue to evolve towards converged services, the integration illustrates Ubee’s progression towards offering a full range of solutions to address the needs of the promising connected home and connected office markets. Ubee is aligning its resources to allow for quicker integration of complementary technologies in WiFi and Small Cell. The expected result is a new breed of IP-based communication devices which extends the company’s reach and leverages other areas of core strength such as DOCSIS.

Leonard Kao, previously Ubee’s Senior Vice President, has been named CEO of the combined entity effective immediately. He was chosen by the Board due to his 25 years of experience in electronics manufacturing specializing in product development, business development, production and operations. Mr. Kao also facilitated IPO's for two companies: Ambit (which merged into Foxconn) in Taiwan, and MPS (MPWR:Nasdaq) in the US. He majored in Electrical Engineering in Taipei.

Former CEO, Bob Mao, who provided Ubee many successful years of leadership will remain on the Board of Directors. Ubee expresses its thanks for his contributions. Further details of the newly combined organization will be announced over the next few weeks.
