Its mobile voice recording product offers effective compliance with the growing global regulations in the financial services sector. Natterbox has partnered with Etrali Trading Solutions in order to service financial institutions worldwide and has a current client list that includes the world’s largest top-tier banks. In addition, Natterbox uniquely integrates voice from mobile call activity, including recordings, automatically with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com. This integration allows businesses to maximise employee effectiveness and productivity while alleviating the stress of growing revenues and customers.
