NTP Rides Again
Sue'em, sue'em, sue'em!

3:20 PM -- Blimey, it must be tiring to be part of the legal department at NTP Software Inc. The technology-licensing company has let loose its legal eagles once again this week, suing U.S. carriers AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), Sprint Corp. (NYSE: S), and Verizon Wireless over alleged patent infringements in their mobile email offerings.
NTP is probably best known for legal action against Canadian device mavens BlackBerry , but it's also taken on Palm Inc. and others. As far as I can tell, however, going after the carriers is a new twist. (See NTP Takes Another Shot.)
