Date: Sep 27, 2023

Duration: 1 Hr

What is driving that executive-level focus and attention: Subscribers, who have a growing appetite for new services to be delivered on their network, expect them to be as dependable as water and electricity. How can operations leaders up their game and deliver an unrivaled experience — even when things go wrong?

Calix and GLDS help broadband service providers (BSPs) like the City of Longmont in Colorado change how they fundamentally deliver services and keep their subscribers informed — using innovative, cloud-based monitoring and engagement tools designed to increase responsiveness and operational efficiency while providing a reliable and consistent experience.

Join us on September 27 when Juan Garcia, Manager, Network Operations and Engineering, City of Longmont (Colorado), and Adam Ross Hill, Partner Alliance Manager, GLDS, join Calix to discuss how:

  • BSPs are moving from reactive to proactive using automation and APIs.

  • Automated network operations help increase efficiency and reduce operating expenses.

  • Timely, proactive notifications strengthen subscriber relationships and help BSPs remain competitive.
