Let Your Cell-Light Shine

6:00 PM -- A standard-issue Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT) RAZR can provide nearly enough light to help you get your bearings when all goes dark. This is what I found out last night as the lights failed in the Art Deco wonder of the AT&T Building that Unstrung now calls home.

That's only nearly enough light, mind you. It couldn't quite penetrate the inky blackness of the corridor to the elevators and prevent me from whacking my ribs on the defunct water fountain. Still, it was a lot better than nothing.

And I'm glad the elevators were working when I did find them. I'm not sure my battery, or my knees, would have held out down twenty flights of stairs.
