SAN FRANCISCO -- At the RSA Conference this week, Silver Sponsor Verizon Enterprise Solutions is demonstrating its data-centric approach to security, which helps organizations better secure their applications, infrastructure and users – while providing the flexibility and mobility they require.

In addition to exhibiting at the show and offering expert perspective at several panels, Verizon will offer insights into 2011 data-breach trends, based on findings from the Verizon- investigated breaches included in its upcoming 2012 Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR).

For the duration of the conference (Feb. 27 – March 2), Verizon and Terremark security experts are available at the Verizon booth (#1129), where they will offer an enterprise cloud demonstration and an overview of the company’s data-centric approach to security. Specifically, the team will showcase how to protect users’ data, applications and infrastructure using Enterprise Identity Services, consulting services and managed security services. Experts from ICSA Labs, Verizon’s independent testing and certification division, will also be in the booth, showcasing the value of product certification.

“Verizon’s data-centric approach to security emphasizes the protection of an organization’s core asset: its confidential data,” said Bart Vansevenant, executive director of global security services for Verizon. “At the RSA Conference, we are demonstrating the myriad ways that organizations can shore up their data and enhance the security of their operations.”
