eBiscom and FastWeb to Merge?

MILAN -- The Board of Directors of e.Biscom S.p.A. (Milan’sNuovo Mercato: EBI) met today and delegated the management of the Company toinvestigate the feasibility and advisability of a merger of FastWeb into e.Biscom.

In the event that the merger is considered feasible and that there are no fiscaldisadvantages, the project will be examined in a subsequent Board Meeting inpreparation for the Shareholders’ Meeting which is presently scheduled for the end ofApril.

e.Biscom will therefore be able to fulfil all the relative preparatory legal obligations inview of the final decision.
