Anystream, Voxant Rebrand

Merged companies Anystream and Voxant Media have become Grab Networks, a company that will "provide an end-to-end platform for extracting, managing, and distributing online video."

TubeMogul bought Illumenix, a Flash analytics firm, and plans to target both video publishers and video-sharing sites for the service.
