TOKYO -- Global MBB Forum 2016 -- Mobile broadband developments may be the topic that links everyone together here at the MBB Forum in Tokyo, but the key unifying theme during this two-day event has been the need to develop partnership ecosystems, and that no one company can do everything by themselves.

That message was broadcast on numerous occasions during the first day but was at the heart of nearly every keynote presentation on day two, in particular the need for companies in the communications sector forging partnerships with companies and organizations outside the industry: Reaching out to and working with other verticals (such as healthcare) is absolutely key to all developments.
