Flander Boosts Linux Smartphone

HELSINKI -- The mobile-software testing and development company Flander develops the architecture of mobile Linux smartphones. A unique feature of Flander’s reference design is that it supports several software vendors. The reference model significantly accelerates the development process and time-to-market of mobile Linux smartphones as well as reducing associated costs. The reference design will be presented at 3GSM in Barcelona.

Flander’s extensive experience in the development and testing of wireless solutions ensures full combatibility with different components and provides a delivery quarantee. Flander’s target is to develop a full reference architecture that can be tailored by mobile phone and OEM vendors for a variety of products and product families Flander is now looking for partners in the development of this full reference architecture.
