More specifically, INTRACOM TELECOM will include Aricent in the company’s 802.16e compliant and WiMAX Forum certified ecosystem of partners, expanding its end-to-end OmniMAX offering and incorporating top performing products that are proven and acknowledged by major operators worldwide.
The flexibility of Aricent’s WING (WiMAX INtegrated Gateway) software framework for a wide variety of configurations and capacities helps support both rapid growth and CAPEX reduction at the same time by leveraging cutting edge broadband wireless technologies. At the heart of it, WING consists of a profile C ASN-Gateway software integrated with a AAA server and Home Agent (HA) server on the same physical node,that can be deployed in localized areas of service deployment.
