Peter Maluso steps down as a member of the board of directors of Wire One Technologies to devote more time to other business activities

HILLSIDE, N.J. -- Wire One Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WONE), a provider of video communications solutions, today announced that Peter Maluso has informed the company that he is resigning his position as a member of the Board of Directors to enable himself to focus more of his time on his business profession. Wire One's Board will temporarily be reduced to eight members while a search is undertaken for a suitable independent director to replace him. Mr. Maluso has served on Wire One's Board since May 2000, and he was a Director of Wire One's corporate predecessor, All Communications Corporation, dating back to December 1996. Wire One Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Reiss stated, "On behalf of our Board and executive management team, I would like to express our sincere thanks to Peter for his many contributions while serving as a member of our Board.
