HILLSIDE, N.J. -- Wire One Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WONE), a provider of video communications solutions, today announced that Peter Maluso has informed the company that he is resigning his position as a member of the Board of Directors to enable himself to focus more of his time on his business profession. Wire One's Board will temporarily be reduced to eight members while a search is undertaken for a suitable independent director to replace him. Mr. Maluso has served on Wire One's Board since May 2000, and he was a Director of Wire One's corporate predecessor, All Communications Corporation, dating back to December 1996.
