DENVER and LONDON -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets:QANT), through its recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, announced today the launch of the support of WiFi enabled phones on the DimiTel Network.

DimiTel Ltd, the experienced voice applications and voice billing provider, will use its comprehensive DimiTel VoIP platform to support the WiFi enabled phones. This will allow both ISPs and hotspot providers, who are already working with the DimiTel VoIP platform, to connect WiFi enabled phones to their network. Subsequently, the Hotspot provider will be able to distribute WiFi phones, similar in size to cell phones, and provide telephony services in a WiFi covered area.

According to the Managing Director of DimiTel Ltd, Mr. Rony Cohen, "This is the future of mobile telephony that will allow ISP's and Hotspot providers to compete in an already competitive mobile telephony arena."

As the new WiFi phones have already been made commercially available, the WiFi feature has already been deployed. However, by Q1 2005, greater availability of the devices will be available.
