PHILADELPHIA -- Comcast, one of the nation’s leading providers of entertainment, information, and communications products and services, today announced a new, free Xfinity Voice feature that brings some of the best mobile voice technologies to the home phone and will change the way customers communicate both in and outside of the home. The new feature, called ‘Voice 2go’, is part of an ongoing effort to expand the variety of ways Xfinity Voice customers can communicate across a range of consumer devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs.

“We continue to enhance our Xfinity Voice service by adding new features consumers have come to expect from smartphones and mobile technology,” said Cathy Avgiris, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data and Communications Services. “These new tools enable customers to stay connected to their home phone service and take it with them virtually wherever they go.”
