What, Me Worry?
WORRY-4U (866-967-7948) "offers professional worriers to listen to callers' worries," according to Bonnie Burns, CEO of The Worry Club. "We listen to your worries, so you can worry less and enjoy life more,” adds Burns. No word on whether there's a Jewish Mother option available.
Personally, when I start worrying too much, I just look up at one of my Demotivators posters ("Mistakes: It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others") for a blast of positive, life-affirming philosophy.
