What Does SDN Mean to You?

10/3/2013
We stopped a bunch of executives on the Ethernet & SDN Expo show floor and gave them 30 seconds to tell us what SDN means to their companies. Could they meet the deadline?

Hold on
And not one of them thought of saying that SDN means that the 800-pound gorilla, aka Cisco, won't have it's paw on the throat of the market....

Re: Well defined!
I don't think one person's answer here is any more correct than any other's, since it is primarily a subjective take on the issue, but Joe Cumello from Cyan must be used to getting exactly 30 seconds to make a point.

Well defined!
Excellent video. I like the time-clock approach, and it seems like everyone has a fairly similar definition of SDN, which is a good place to start. I'm concerned for tw telecom though. Their spokesperson has no idea what's going on.
