Chris Page, CTO of Precision OT, oversees the company’s Engineering and R&D organization of technical experts, innovators, and industry thought leaders. Chris is responsible for driving the company's technical growth and innovation strategies by combining Precision's strengths in software, electro-optical subsystems, and optical networking with industry leading, customer driven, solutions and experience. Chris has an extensive background in designing and developing state of the art products and systems in the networking, radio, and optical communications spaces and has a continued focus on how to make communication systems smarter, simpler, and more cost effective.
Phillip Chang is the VP of Product Development for Precision OT. He comes from a telecommunications background in satellite, wireless, cable and data center deployment. His specialties include RF and optical technologies like HFC, DOCSIS, WiFi, PON, RFoG, optical passives/components and optics ranging from 1Gbps to 400Gbps with direct detect and coherent implementations.
Todd Davis is the EVP Business Development and Founder of Precision OT. He has spent over 20 years in the communications industry and has watched Precision grow over the last 10 years from humble beginnings into an industry leader. His guiding business philosophy is that the customer is always right and he believes that there is always opportunity for innovation in technology.
Todd currently leads the customer facing portion of the P4AR product development out of Precision’s Reno, NV office.
Todd has a BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the Simon School at University of Rochester.
Francois is a Senior Solutions Architect in the Red Hat’s Telco Technology Office and collaborates with telecom service providers and partners across EMEA. Passionate about security, Francois leads the NFV security domain and is the Red Hat’s technical interface to the National Cybersecurity Agency of France (ANSSI). Before Red Hat, he spent more than 15 years contributing to network evolution especially towards cloud platforms.
