MSSPs are not immune to the challenges many security teams face today, like alert fatigue and disjointed processes. Adding new services built on more and more third-party solutions while maintaining the service delivery of the team’s efficiency can be a daunting task. New solutions aside, adding new customers to service can cause an exponential increase in these challenges and headaches.
As a result, MSSPs are increasingly turning to Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) technology to drive internal efficiency for services like Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and continually provide outcome-driven value to their customers.
In this webinar, we’ll uncover how SOAR technology can help MSSPs automate tasks, bring together disjointed processes and products and ultimately lead to a more efficient team and service. Specifically, we’ll dive into how Cortex xSOAR by Palo Alto Networks can optimize the blend between machine-powered automation and human intervention to drive automation up to 95% of response actions for services like MDR, built on Cortex xDR.
Key takeaways in this webinar:
- Discover emerging challenges for MSSPs
- Learn about SOAR technology and how it can solve MSSP service delivery challenges
- Get introduced to Cortex xSOAR by Palo Alto Networks and how it addresses these challenges
- Hear how to drive efficiencies and increase your profitability for your managed services and deliver security outcomes for your customers
