Dr. Kiseok Yang, Senior Manager / Access Network Development Team, 5GX Labs / ICT R&D Center, SK Telecom
As Senior Manager of 5GX Labs, Dr. Yang, Ki Seok is responsible for the research, development and commercialization of 5G access network, 5G inbuilding solution, and next generation communications technologies in SK Telecom. He also performs a role as a 5G inbuilding solution development plan maker with a leading 5G technology research development function.
He joined SK Telecom in 2011 and has been served as the mobile access network and service specialist for almost 10 years. As Senior Manager of Access Network Lab since 2011, he has successfully completed the LTE & LTE-A deployment in South Korea. He also has led the world’s first 5G RF/Speed repeater and 5G inbuilding solution commercialization. From 2005 to 2007, he joined as research faculty at Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC), Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA, from 2007 to 20011, he joined as senior research engineer at Samsung RFIC Design Center at Georgia Tech., Atlanta, GA 30308 USA.
He received his bachelor's degree in aerospace electrical engineering from Korea Aerospace University and master's & Ph.D’s degrees in mechatronics from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology(GIST) in South Korea.
Terry Young, Director 5G Marketing, A10 Networks
Terry Young is director of 5G marketing at A10 Networks. She is responsible for driving messaging, marketing strategy and sales enablement programs that articulate A10 Networks’ 5G business value for mobile network operators and other service providers.
Terry has 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, including AT&T where she developed market strategy recommendations for new business initiatives. As a principal analyst for Healy & Co., a syndicated market research company, early in the 3G technology introduction, her 3G/4G market analysis and forecasts were published by the UMTS Forum. She also previously led marketing programs with several start-up mobile infrastructure and software vendors, including Infoblox and Palo Alto Networks.
Terry has an MBA from Arizona State University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Amar Mandhyan, Director - Technical Sales, Mobility Solutions, Asia Pacific - CommScope
Amar joined CommScope in August 2017; as part of the Sales team, he supports the Mobility Solution business for Asia Pacific. Before CommScope, Amar worked for almost 12 years with Ericsson. He has also worked earlier with Jio, Lucent, Motorola and DoT. Amar has extensive experience in Business Development and Pre-sales of End-to-End Technical Solutions towards Mobile Operators. He has been deeply involved in last few years with the entire eco-system of small cells solution and deployment with several operators in India. Amar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India and has also attended an Executive Course on Leadership from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India. Amar is based out of Mumbai, India.

Nicole McCormick is Practice Leader of Ovum’s Broadband and Multiplay team focused on delivering an Asia Pacific outlook to coverage such as pricing strategies, LTE monetization strategies, telco innovation and mobile roaming.
Nicole leads a global team of analysts which cover mobile and fixed broadband operator strategy. Also, her team play a key role in the forecast of leading Ovum data.
