Cable operators seeking to expand their presence in the $150 billion US commercial services market have reached a crossroads. On the one hand, they want to move upmarket and capture a greater share of enterprise business from the large incumbent telcos. But on the other hand, they need to protect their flank against inroads in the SMB market made by smaller, more nimble insurgents. And, in order to do so, operators must develop and deploy new disruptive technologies, retool their networks and operations, and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.

How do cable operators plan to accomplish all this? In this webinar, Light Reading will delve into MSOs' strategies for maintaining their business services growth momentum. Drawing on exclusive research conducted by Broadband Success Partners' David Strauss, we will look at how cable providers are planning to shift their focus, transform their networks, introduce new products and services and overhaul their customer care operations.

Our panel will feature Strauss and leading executives from Mediacom, WOW, Ciena and Corning examining the new business services opportunities and challenges that cable operators face. This discussion will help you make smarter product, technology, marketing and sales decisions.
