ROME -- Weather Investments S.p.A. (“Weather Investments”) today announces the sale of part of its shares for an amount equal to 1.1 billion euro to funds managed by private equity firms Apax Partners Worldwide LLP, Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC and TA Associates, Inc.
