Xfinity The entire X1 platform was brought to market too early. I have a triple play service with the X1 platform and the UI is about 5 years behind the competition. too many clicks to accomplish simple tasks to record or review of delete. The channel guide is hard to see even when increasing to the maximum font size. Typical cable company action is to bring something new to market and learn on the back of subscribers. To be fair their broadband service is very good as well as their telephone service which is ironic considering their long term product cable TV service.
