Rob Klippel joins Spectrum Reach as senior vice president of advanced advertising products and strategy.

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) today announced that Rob Klippel has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Advanced Advertising Products and Strategy. In this role, Klippel is responsible for the Company's advanced advertising products, working closely with Charter's Product Management and IT & Engineering teams to ensure Spectrum Reach creates the next generation of advanced advertising platforms including digital, set-top video on demand and addressable/data products. Klippel will report to David Kline, Executive Vice President, President of Media Sales.

Klippel joins Charter after 12 years with Comcast Corporation, most recently as vice president of advanced platforms. There he oversaw the enablement of dynamic ad insertion on video on demand and linear addressable platforms. Klippel held multiple other leadership positions at Comcast including vice president of new products and vice president of engineering and operations, both for Comcast Spotlight, where he led the transition to full-digital ad insertion on linear TV.

Prior to Comcast, Klippel served as vice president of customer care operations at Adelphia Communications Corporation and vice president of operations at both Relera, Inc. and Verio. Earlier in his career he spent 10 years in management consulting roles at the Deloitte and Accenture consultancies.
